Recounting their father-daughter story of living through anorexia, and highlighting practical insights applicable to mental health and wellbeing for all families.
These Building Your Family Mental Wealth workshops, seminars and conference keynotes, will help your team to support the mental health and wellbeing of their families. These can save considerable costs that would otherwise result from the impact of a child’s mental ill-health upon their parents’ professional and commercial lives.
An interview with Nick Pollard…

- Build knowledge to help identify the most common biological, psychological and sociocultural risk factors for the development of mental ill-health.
- Develop skills to help turn such risk factors into resilience, thus building the family’s mental health and wellbeing.
- Be guided through a detailed handbook which attendees will take away to continue developing their knowledge and insight.
